We've just bought a property through the team at Robsons. From the very beginning we were impressed by how helpful they were and this continued throughout the entire purchase process. Our main contact was Liam who was friendly and always had a smile on his face and some cheery words and yet he always remaind the consummate professional. Our calls were returned swiftly and nothing was ever too much trouble for him or the rest of the team. Overall they were a pleasure to deal with and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

What a great team at Robsons! In particular, Sam has always been at the end of the phone and been very helpful to me with the few problems I have had since moving in. I can phone at any time, and he is very approachable and has assisted me to date with a genuine, friendly and helpful attitude which has in turn put me at ease and I know that I can always approach Robsons with any issue big or small.
If Sam cannot help in that moment, he is reassuring and always comes back to me with an answer or with some advice and guidance in a timely manner. I must say my experience so far has been seamless with Robsons, and I am impressed with the high level of care and attention Sam and the Team at Robsons show to their tenants even when it comes to chasing other management companies.
It is rare nowadays to find people that genuinely care, and Robsons has a great team of people on board who do just that and more. I am very thankful to Sam and the team at Robsons, and I would highly recommend them always.

The one star is for finding good tenants. I paid a high price for full management services over a few years, which sadly were rarely met. Despite attempts to redress the issues, their excuses included staff changes have been made, Covid prevented us from doing it (20% of tenancy), inventory agent changes have been made, and why didn't you report that before as it's too late now (having not had replies to previous attempts to address the failures of lettings management).
The director Simon Blitz intimidated me when speaking with him directly - though he can certainly turn on the charm if there is an audience. Emails from his with disparaging comments about the tenants were highly unprofessional. I would recommend their tenant finding service, with checks on references and credit, but I would strongly advise avoiding any lettings management. Suffice to say I liaised directly with the tenants for the last few years as we all wanted to avoid the unreliable and sub-standard services Robsons allege to provide.

As a landlord with my first experience of dealing with estate agents managing my property I have been pleased. I have had almost weekly dealings with Helen and I would like to compliment her in particular for the way in which she responds quickly to my emails. Sometimes, even responding out of hours. I am not going to say I don't recommend you because I don't think that is fair but maybe some advice. I thought - What Robson Amersham could do better for people who are not millionaires but just want to invest their hard earned savings in a modest property. - when you take a prospective buyer's details down and say you are going to pass them on to another agent, please do that. - listen to what a prospective buyer is requesting and give them the chance to talk about what they are looking for.
Try not to sound like you are in a rush, the person on the receiving end might be new to this and will think you are not interested in them and this might put them off buying a property with you. - finally if a prospective buyer calls to view a property and you ask them times they are available to view - maybe work around those times or give options for alternative times instead of booking them in a time they can't make. I think that's it, thank you Robsons.
