Old codeys estate agents changed the name after so much bad reviews and press just changed directors to another family member. very unethical business practices only way to get repairs done properly by them is enforcement via local council and fines. total disregard for tenants health and safety.

Very proactive and organised agent - would highly recommend.

OK, I literally don't know where to start with this review!. Sarah and her team are amazing! I had a very bad experience when purchasing my house, I was stood there not having a clue where to go and what to do next! I had nothing left in me to try and sort the mess I was in. Then walked in an angel and saved my sanity! Sarah took charge and decided to help me in all ways possible, she literally lifted the cloud from above my head and took the pressure from me.

I will say now I will forever be grateful to the ladies at panda. The ladies will go above and beyond for you always, I could not have wished for anyone else to come to my rescue! If you use this company you will never be disappointed, They deserve all the recognition in the world and will always have my upmost respect. Thankyou Panda property from the bottom of my heart!

We went to view a property as we are looking to relocate. We was shown around by the lovely Courtney, such a babe and very professional! We will definitely be using this company again when the time comes for us to move.

Avoid like the plague, viewing was nowhere near long enough and Sarah was cold and unwelcoming. House was disgusting top to bottom and had a major damp and black mould problem at time of second viewing and was not fit for living in! They would have happily let us move in with those problems! They lied to us multiple times and then upon withdrawal of our application they refused to return our deposit even though the home was not in a liveable condition. Photos taken a couple of days before they would have had us move in. Absolute disgrace, should close their doors for good.

I wasn't sure at first, but their kindness proved me wrong. I'd recommend this agency to friends and family.
