Remove comments on their Facebook page that show previous house prices of similar properties. Merely highlighting the rampant house price increases. For example one semi-detached 3 bed property on Le Clos Du Hogard on now for 595,000. A very similar house on the same close was on for 455,000 in 2016 (with these agents). This example was deleted by them, and subsequent questions as to why.
