Estate agent was cocky with an abrupt manner when asked simple questions about a property. He came across as very condescending with a "couldn't care less" attitude. Also suspect him to be a crafty liar - at a first viewing he said owner would wait until over weekend until all potential buyers had viewed the property. For a second viewing he said owner had already turned down two offers and would only accept a certain amount that was 15,000 over asking price.
We can afford that said amount but this guy put us off having anything to do with this estate agent again. Property was in Mansewood and the estate agent drove a white Mercedes.
