Nicholas Prestige Homes provide a small portfolio of self-managed privately owned residential properties, maintained to a high standard, with long term Assured Tenancies. The landlord is a husband and wife team, both having worked in property management and development. With many years experience from running their own lettings business until they retired from lettings agency work in early 2019. All properties comply to current safety standards and have had an Electrical Installation Condition Report carried out by qualified electricians.

Our people Report

Jenny, looks after property maintenance and carries out much of the repair work herself, except for gas and electrical work. She is a keen badminton player, cyclist, walker, and fair weather sailor/windsurfer, and loves spending time with our grandchildren.

Tenant Guide Report

We cannot carry out the reference process until we receive the Holding Deposit. Once we start the referencing process, other work associated with your proposed move will also commence, including the preparation of a draft Tenancy Agreement, which we will provide to you within two working days. Once we receive satisfactory references (which usually takes one to three working days) we will request your agreement to the draft Tenancy Agreement and require the first month's rent to be lodged with us in readiness of the start of the tenancy.
