The experience with Sheridan's has been second to none from start to finish. Tim was very informative and gave realistic/honest feedback on the property we were selling, as well as shared his thoughts on properties we were considering to purchase. From the initial discussion on how to market my property, planning Open Day on a Sunday to fit in with my busy work commitments. Professional advice, preparation of the sale details, (including a plan of the extensive outbuildings), sound advice on pricing in the Brexit driven downturn in the market. Professional preparation of the photographs with options to review and make changes, so the final sale details needed no further adjustments. After an initial good start, we feel when the sale of our house was going through the sales progression throughout was very poor. My wife then emailed her concerns to the MD with no response whatsoever. When paying over 5000 to sell your house, you expect a better service, would this be the case if ours was a million pound house, I expect not.

We had the best experience with Sheridan's from the first viewing of our property for sale right through to sale + purchasing another property. The photography of our home was brilliant.
