For interested buyers, we provide quality details with external and internal colour pictures that are complemented by detailed floor plans. For clients who are not looking to sell their home we offer a complete letting and management service.
Tenancy Info: For properties in England, the Tenant Fees Act 2019 requires lettings agents to provide details of any permitted payments, your membership and name of your redress scheme, membership and name of your client money protection scheme (CMP). For properties in Wales, when the Renting Homes (Fees etc) (Wales) Bill ('theBill') is enacted and takes effect, lettings agents will be required to publish their permitted payments on their website.Tenancy Info is mandatory unless: you are advertising commercial property for let, social housing for let or properties to let in Northern Ireland or Scotland.
It is important as a Landlord and Tenant that you are confident that the money we deal with is dealt with correctly in line with government legislation. To prove we adhere to all the regulations below is a copy of our Client Money Protect certificate that is renewed yearly after we provide them with all our banking transactions for our letting accounts.
