Warwick Baker who has been practicing in the Shoreham area for over 30 years set up his own firm in 1993. The sales team has continued to expand with Negotiator Neil Simpson, who has been with the company for four years, Jane Wade the Secretary of nine years standing and the recent appointment of Mark Robinson who brings with him a wealth of knowledge of the local area with thirteen years experience in the profession.

It took them 5+ years and al many many emails before they fixed our windows (we could only open 3 out of 8, and in the past 5 weeks only 1.). After little to no responses we had to put a lot of work into this flat as we simply couldn't wait any longer for things to get fixed and / or updated to modern standards. Sorry that I can't leave a more positive review, but it can be quite gut wrenching renting with this agency.

Buying your dream home is always a bit of a journey, twists and turns along the way. George, at Warwick Baker made it all the easier. Great communication throughout the purchase, and his help and assistance were invaluable, no query was too small, and responses were swift and accurate. It removed so much potential stress from the whole process. George provided that most elusive of ingredients in the home buying process, confidence, especially given the changing market in the run up to the end of the Stamp Duty Break. We can't recommend him highly enough. Great stuff!

My wife and I recently sold our apartment with Warwick Baker estate agents. We dealt with Mark and George and found them both to be extremely helpful and efficient throughout the process. Our first sale fell through and Mark and George ensured to get it straight back on the market securing a new sale within a few days and were instrumental in pushing things along with the buyers solicitor.
We can not fault their service, every phone call was returned and message passed on by Wendy if both were unavailable. We were extremely happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
