I was able to secure a property in Guildford with the help of Jade Turner. She was very kind, calm and understanding from the moment I came for the first viewing right until I moved into the property. I requested a second viewing with my daughter and she was very happy for it to happen. She responded quick to my emails and telephone calls, very professional and reliable. The application process wasn't as quick and straight forward as I expected but that wasn't Jade's fault.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Unprofessional, not understanding and showing no signs of empathy. If I could put minus stars I would. Viewed a property with them to let and decided to go ahead after viewing. On the advertisement it was advertised that there was parking available and that a permit was not needed. Then when I went to proceed I found out there was no parking that came with the property and that a permit was needed and parking was nearly half a mile away.

Instead of giving me the time to try an find out what parking was available, they decided to push for me to sign without any time to find out the facts. Due to a moving deadline and to my mistake I went ahead handing over a holding deposit. Felt totally pressured into going ahead and feel they are just in it for the money and do not care at all about people and their welfare.

On several occasions now I have tried to get my holding deposit back to no avail. I was told management would contact me but they never did as they don't want to deal with something that requires restraint, to much pressure for them to handle. I have now had to take it further to the Property Ombudsman and will not bow down to their mistakes. I have come to terms I may never see the deposit again, but this will not stop me proceeding with my complaint. They need to be taught a lesson in the importance of advertising things correctly and not falsely.

I have just recently rented a flat through Gascoigne pees with the help from a wonderful member of staff jade Turner. Jade was very professional and extremely helpful as we went through the process giving useful advice and information of each step of the process. Jade's made us feel very comfortable during the renting as this is the first time I have rented a property and wasn't sure what to expect there are a few more hurdles to renting than I first thought so anyone thinking of renting should bare this in mind and I would recommend using gascoigne pees for the wonderful help of jade and the team many thanks to you all we're loving our new home

Have had a very positive experience renting with Gascogne pees. A couple of thing: 1) really polite and professional agent, Jade have answered all my questions promptly despite them being crazy busy. 2) the tenant portal works quite well and it's fuss free; 3) the whole process was just so smooth- from inventory to moving in, and reporting maintenance faults etc; overall I'm really pleased

I had such a wonderful experience with this agency. Especially with Jade Turner as my Lettings negotiator, she was so nice and helpful during my house search. Not only that, the process was started and completed within a couple of days, I was just so happy with everything. Would highly recommend!

Great experience with Gascoigne Pees Guildford branch. Had expressed interest in a property on a Sunday, called the branch the Monday morning and was immediately scheduled for a next day viewing. A video of the property was sent over and I secured the property same-day with a holding deposit. No hiccups, all smooth sailing. If I email in, I get a response within the hour on most occasions.

Everything has been explained to me thoroughly and I am confident. Thanks to Jade Turner and Rachel who have both helped me from start to finish, answering any and all questions I have raised.

They gazumped us: they kept the property on the market despite our offer being accepted (we were with another agent). The practice is very much back on so buyers be ready for a rough market! They have got anything but to gain but buyers can loose a great deal. When I call for explanation I was even dismissed in very unfriendly way. I hope people avoide this branch if they can.

This is a nice large branch of gascoigne pees and it has selling as you enter on your left and lettings on your right. The staff are really friendly and helpful and there is enough of them for you not to have to wait around. The office is lovely and clean and bright with a welcoming atmosphere. They have some properties advertised in the windows but if you are in the market for selling/buying or letting its worth popping in and having a chat.
