Wow! We have moved house now. Patrick at Breckon and Breckon Summertown went above and beyond the call of duty following up with solicitors and making sure that the chain was moving in the right direction and there were no significant hold ups. The team's knowledge of the area and the current market meant that we were able to secure the house we wanted in a highly competitive environment.
To make the sale we needed to find a buyer right away and the team were out the next day, got the brochure signed off and we were on Rightmove and had viewings lined up in no time at all. Fantastic service! Well done and thanks guys!

Buying (8 yrs ago) and selling (last year) our house with Chris Dixey and his colleagues at Breckon Summertown was a really good experience. We Viewed Deansfield Park in Ickford. Melissa was a great help, although there is no show homes she was still able to provide a great overview of the development via the 3D model. We also found her knowledge of the market and local area exceptional. We did not buy at this stage but will certainly be in touch when in a position to proceed to see what developments Melissa has at that time. We viewed a few new developments over the weeks and found other agents to not have as much knowledge of the area or provide a reassuring confident service.

At first they seemed nice and trustworthy. The process was quick and painless and they seemed quick to reply and offer their support. But after 6 months of me living in the property they are still failing to fix issues that I had raised even before entering the property. I don't know if they are incompetent or extremely inefficient.
