Debbie and Nicci were more than helpful during the purchase of my lovely new home. What could have been a stressful time was soothed by the Bright and Bright team. They kept me informed about the vendor's search for her new home, and also gave useful suggestions when my solicitor needed some encouragement to get moving things along! I would certainly recommend Bright and Bright, and intend to use them in the near future to sell a property I'm renovating.

We recently bought a house in Walmer through Bright & Bright and were really impressed. Their communication was fantastic and they helped us get the house sale through in just 6 weeks! They took the time to help us out whenever they could, such as by letting contractors into the house to quote for us before we had even exchanged contracts (as the house was unoccupied and a bit of a project). We are really grateful to Nicci and the whole team.

Not quite sure where to start with explaining how amazing the team at Bright & Bright is. We have moved into a rented property in March 2019 and everything was just easy and simple. Anything that needed doing with the property would be dealt with immediately, the staff are friendly and often check with you if there is anything that needs doing or if you are getting on well. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. A+++++

WOW! I had high expectations when I entrusted the sale of my property to an estate agents, so it was a no brainer to market my house through Bright & Bright agents. Not only are the team totally professional but they took great care and always were ahead of the game, finding the most appropriate and suitable clients who were most likely to complete the sale.

I chose Bright and bright because they had been recommended to me by a friend. They rented out my flat for me in 2019 and I thought the service was excellent. They were therefore my first choice, when my tenant left and I was looking for a new one. I have worked with Laura and Kayleigh at the agency and have found them both to be professional, warm, friendly and open to supporting me in any circumstance during the letting process. I would highly recommend Bright and Bright and could not fault them during the entire letting process.

Kayleigh who manages Bright & Bright lettings is both highly experienced and patient (with me!). She kept the faith, buoyed me up when I was growing unsure and was right in the end. For great personal service with a ready smile and attention to detail I could not recommend her, and the firm, too highly. The five stars is well earned.

We recently bought a property in deal through bright and bright, Nigel, Becky and the team couldn't have been more helpful and professional every step of the way. We moved from London and found they were much more accommodating than some other agents, they also had all the best properties. Would really recommend.
