Bury and hiltons staff are all Very polite and extremely helpful. We purchased a house through them and we had issues with our own solicitors (don't get me started) and bury and hilton kept both myself and my partner updated as well as the vendors solicitors which was above and beyond their own job. I can't recommend them enough as if it wasn't for them I'm sure we would of lost out on the house, due to our useless solicitor.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOUR A LANDLORD I made two enquiries with this company for a commercial property to rent, they never bothered to get back to my emails or return my phone calls. Very unprofessional. The properties are still up for rent, I'm sure the owner of them properties would like to know they could be rented out by now if this company had got back to me.

I have rented property from this company on two separate occasions over the last twenty years. Both times they were pleasant and competent landlords and the staff friendly and charming. Unlike another local estate agent that I have dealt with (Daniel & Hulme) any problems that arose with the property where swiftly and efficiently dealt with. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking to rent, buy or sell a property in Leek.
