Camel, through our sister company Homequest, are professional block managing agents and will bring an organised approach to the planning and collection of the service charges and reserve funds, the timetables for redecoration and repairs and the general running of the development. Our assessment of what must be done, and when, subject to the agreement of directors or freeholder, will be independent of private interests and preferences and based solely upon our duty to keep the premises in good repair and to comply with the requirements of the lease.
Our NHS staff live, and work, across Cornwall within hospitals, Primary Care Trusts and in social care. Built to a high standard, we offer a (28.5sqm) barn conversion office to let on an annual licence. Rent includes HEATING and WATER charges. FREE Wi-Fi. Best estate agents out there! From the beginning of trying to find a place to rent always pushed for us. Now going into our second place renting through them. Great communication, great service and service professional and always looking after tenants and trying to sort out any problems we may have straight away. Big shout out to Giles as he was just amazing and really helped us but has now left the company! Hope all of this continues going into our new place!

It's not a reliable letting agency. They don't give a good service and support to the tenants, taking days to get an answer from them. We had a leak for more than 4 months and they didn't fix it. At the end of the tenancy, they tried to keep our deposit without reason, trying to charge 100 for deep cleaning for example when the house was left perfectly cleaned (more than in the begging).
So be very careful and take pictures dated before move in during th check in and at the check out with them. If not they will try to get your deposit. Not recommended at all.
