Great service from all the team at Clee. Had a number of estate agents out to value the property but after speaking with Chris, we felt they were the perfect option for us. Property was marketed very well and they managed to get the property up online very quickly. Always had feedback and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. Don't bother with other estate agents, we used another local 'professional' agency and they were anything but. Lack of care, service and came across as not being bothered to even try and get the sale. One example on their attitude towards having an offer: "let's not beat around the bush here, what do you really want price-wise so I know what I'm working with". so obviously they had overvalued and wanted us to accept far less. Clee on the other hand were cheaper, far more professional and always available to help.

They valued the house fairly and fought for the best price. They pushed to advertise and we had plenty of interest (compared to the other one). The after sales service was superb too, keeping us updated along the way. We wish we'd gone with Clee from the start, but in many ways it was good to have such awful service initially as we got to see how good Clee really were. We weren't put under any pressure at any point.

The service we received was excellent and they achieved the sale of a commercial property at a very acceptable price in a relatively short time in view of the affect Covid-19 is having on the commercial property market. Chris Thomas was a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way to achieve a sale on our behalf. Superb.
