Avoid buying or renting from Cluttons at all means! They will try to sell you or make you rent a flat at any cost even if it involves lying to the buyer/renter. If any complaints, they prefer to blame the buyer/renter rather than admitting their own mistake and find a solution. This level of service should not be acceptable when dealing with high end (or any kind) properties in London, even less so considering the fees we pay them!

I may be a small fish in a very big ocean but I have tried to contact this company on various occasions this week regarding CCTV that they run and own in Harlow, Essex; as footage is needed due to a car accident which happened right in front of the cameras. and they just don't bother getting back to people. Obviously us "small-fry" are not worthy of a call. very poor show
