Services
Originally founded by the late Peter Cullen along with his wife Annie who still to this day has a major role in the day-to-day running of this successful business. Peter himself was a very well-known livestock auctioneer at the Cattle Markets in the Armagh area and further afield. He sadly passed away in 1988 and his wife Annie along with his eldest son Brian continued on with the family business.
Simple aesthetic improvements such as trimming trees, planting flowers, fixing squeaking steps, broken tiles, shampooing rugs and even re-painting a faded bedroom will greatly enhance the appeal of your house. Peace and quiet is important so turn off the TV and music during visits by potential buyers.
Your real estate agent is your insider to the world of home buying, and the right agent can be a real asset to have on your side when buying your first home. You want someone you can trust and who will give you quality advice when you need it. So, talk to people you already trust. Friends and family members in the area might be able to offer some names of people they've used. Setting your heart on the beautiful five-bedroom, two-storey on the hill could set you up for disappointment if you don't know what you can afford.
Energy Performance Certificates are a list of statistics about the energy efficiency of your home and carry recommendations on how you could make improvements. The inspection will be carried out by a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor. It does not assess the current condition of the property with regard to fittings and decor etc. EPCs carry ratings on energy use and carbon dioxide emissions and grade the energy efficiency of the property on a scale from A - G.If you are a landlord or seller, you will need to arrange to get this certificate before you put your property on the market for sale or rent.
