Critical: Professionalism I lost my property after the locks being changed, i was 3 weeks late and the message was we can use a previous court order from 5 months previous yet they told the council i was there another 6 months so got a council tax bill for time not there!

The level of costumers service - poor. Boiler braked down, told me to stay home between 8am and 12pm to wait engineers And once i contact landlord - he confirmed time been todl to agency was 12pm-6pm for engineers visit. Disappointed as i left work for it and loose shift money! Had few more situations when agents not honest with their responsibilities. With this agency 3years now, but time by time more disappointed.

Another fence panel is down at 46 Lindisfarne Road. Only 3 out 12 still standing, when is the landlady going to replace it? And now another one is down 2 panels left this is beyond a joke now, neither agent nor landlady are bothered about getting it replaced
