The best way to check how effective an estate agent might be in selling your property, is to pretend to be a prospective purchaser and assess how keen and helpful they are in accommodating your search for a home. I'm afraid the staff at Barry Bufton's in Bromyard failed miserably today. We were met with sullen indifference by possibly the most unhelpful individual I have encountered to date.
She wouldn't take any of my details and basically told me to go and surf Rightmove. Shades of Little Britain's " Computer says No " but with no humour whatsoever. By contast, the staff at Nigel Poole and Co, are only paid commission on a sale if they contact the prospective purchasers BEFORE they find a property on Rightmost. Just think about that for a moment. Barry Buffoon? I don't think so.
