I think for a lot of people, the best estate agents are the ones you don't notice doing their job. Quick and painless, subtle but efficient. Durrants is the complete opposite, in the best way possible. We bought a house that was listed with Durrants recently, and at every point in the process we were floored by how much attention to detail, time and care they took to ensure that we - people who had not contracted them - were happy with every part of the purchase process and had all the things we needed to proceed. Exemplary service at all points; Durrants, and especially Residential Sales Manager August and Valuer Josh, was completely flawless, start to finish, even when the process for the purchase of this property was wracked with every manner of issues. Were it possible to give six stars, I would be asking for 7.

First class service in difficult times - Diss office. We were impressed with Ashley Brunori from our first meeting with him. He had researched thoroughly, came fully prepared and brought examples of brochures for similar properties. During the sales experience Ash remained enthusiastic, positive and professional despite several set backs. He always replied to emails and telephone calls and followed things up efficiently. Ash is a credit to Durrants. I recommend the agency to anyone looking to sun or sell property in the area.

Whilst Durrants weren't our agent they were selling the property we were buying. Jessica was a delight to deal with over the extended period required to achieve an acceptable offer in the face of COVID adversity.
