Late last year, my elderly mother needed to sell her Essex house as I had arranged for her to move into assisted living close to us in Warks. We invited 3 local estate agents to iscuss the sale and we were most impressed with Darryl's relaxed but professional manner as well as his knowledge of the local market and marketing strategy. His fee was also the lowest so there was no contest!

Within 2 weeks, Darryl had set up a fully-booked open day which resulted in several offers at, or above, the asking price! Although the first buyer unfortunately dropped out, Darryl quickly contacted one of the previous viewers who were still interested and the sale was completed several weeks later, Darryl kept us updated throughout and even helped us with collecting and forwarding some papers which had been left in the house by mistake.
