Critical: Quality, Responsiveness Phoned to register interest in a property - lady I spoke to suggested I look at Rightmove! She obviously couldn't be bothered to take my details. So unhelpful

If you're looking to rent, look elsewhere! They lied to me regarding my contract when I wanted to leave, saying I wasn't allowed despite the fact I gave them perfectly good reasons and I wasn't tied to the house as I was at the end of the 6 month initial agreement. I had to get professionals involved, management weren't interested, and after weeks of negotiations they in fact agreed that I had every right to leave. They are a nightmare to deal with, they don't know what they're doing, I would avoid like the plague!

My parents have rented 2 houses via Lisa at Fletcher & Poole and she has been great. After my husband and I got married we needed to move into a bigger property, again Lisa found us a brilliant house that hadn't even come on to the market. We viewed it and moved in 2 weeks later, and she had everything completed just before Christmas 2014. We have been in the house just over a year and absolutely love our home. We would not hesitate to use them again if needed.
