I was initially concerned about a mortgage broker having a bank attached to it but now my re-mortgage to SPF's affiliate LendCo is completed, I see many benefits. In a little less than a month, Victoria at SPF has worked very hard to get our freehold flat re-mortgaged.

It is widely thought that freehold flats are unmortgageable but with a few lenders this isn't the case. LendCo were comfortable with the security and were able to help at a surprisingly realistic rate. Having a mortgage broker with such specialist knowledge is highly valuable. The process wasn't perfect and there were some bumps along the way, however Victoria did everything she could to make it happen and it's all done now! Good job!
