After quite some time house hunting for my first home in the Carmarthen area I stumbled across a property that fitted the bill that John Fransis had for sale. Being sceptical of the whole prosecute and having being gazumped by Clee Thompkinson on a previous purchase I was treading carefully. The John Fransis team was very reassuring throughout the whole sale and as being a novice in the business of a house purchase they really helped to calm any nerves regarding the situation.

All staff were very welcoming and warming. From Michelle on the first viewing, Sam for the mortgage advise and then finally feisty Chris on managing to hurry along the what seemed never ending seller solicitor waiting times. I have recently used John Francis to complete a house purchase, I then subsequently used JF to carry out the letting on my house. Ruth and Aled were excellent, their communication was very good, keeping me updated on the progress of the letting along with arranging for some trades to carry out works before my tenant moved in.
