They are a bunch of crooks, I would avoid like the plague. We will never sell our property through them.

I would just like to say a massive "thank you" to Edward, Liz and the rest of the team for their very kind support during these last six or seven months of selling what was our family home. We bought our lovely home from Edward in 2006 and were very happy in Ifold until sadly I lost my husband to cancer in 2012. Edward supported me with valuations for Probate, and also before I relocated, with valuations and advice, to Norfolk. Edward and his team have been so kind as it has been an emotional rollercoaster and I'm so pleased that our family home is now going to be loved by another family.

I have nothing but praise for the service and also the kindness during what has been a very difficult time for me - it's severing one of the last links with my late husband. The kind and positive comments have been a god-send in what would otherwise have been a very painful process as it has been very long and drawn out! The professionalism shown by Edward and his team is matched by their kindness and support and their tenacity. A huge heartfelt thanks, Edward!

James, Edward and team have been outstanding in helping us make our move to Rudgwick. It has been a more complex than average move, taking 10 months, but Roger Coupe's overall professionalism and friendliness has made us feel taken care of and well informed throughout. Where our sale fell through, they supported us on the journey to find another superbly. Although we have not sold through them, should we ever have to move again, they would be my first choice, without hesitation.
