From start to finish Frost & Co (Jordan) were brilliant. Always there to answer my questions and provide guidance where needed. I never felt like I was a burden on them and they always greeted me with a smile: as a renter this is very important.

After an awful 2nd year renting with Enfields (avoid at all costs), Frost & Co have been nothing but saints managing our student property this year and I couldn't recommend them enough. These guys aren't in it to rip students off like other local letting agents and have always been really helpful. Sam particularly has always been a pleasure and is keen to help!

Our shower recently became faulty and they were perfectly happy to send a contractor out to investigate and completely replace our shower within a week of reporting the issue. Our oven also blew out and needed replacing - again, no hassle at all from the team and it was replaced within days. If you want a stress and hassle free year, these are the people!

Sam at Frost and Co has been excellent since taking over the contract to let my property. Really friendly, efficient and great communication. Would absolutely recommend them if anyone is looking for a letting agent.

We are a tenant of Agency Frost & co in Bournemouth and just we want to say that we are very pleased with the excellent service they provide when we need it. The hob kitchen was damaged, we reported it and they replaced it in less than 24 hours! Amazing service!

Terrible experience with them, I'd post photos if I could because it looked like a bomb had blown up the 'games room' (a falling apart shed with the roof caved in and absolutely uninhabitable) but don't worry, they'll still rent out the property saying it's an additional room! Tried to absolutely shaft us when we moved in and especially when we moved out, demanded to keep way more of the deposit than they should have and even the deposit protection scheme told them they were being ridiculous and backed us instead.

I'd stay away if you're students or anyone to be fair. And those who we dealt with at 195 Columbia road. Good game lads, loved you telling us we wouldn't get any money back and it ISNT RELEVANT how the house was when we moved in. GG

This sale wasn't particularly easy but Charlie was proactive in pushing both sides towards a successful completion. I was kept up to speed throughout the process and wouldn't hesitate to use Frost & Co again.
