Well done to Chris and the Rental Team at Green and Co. Very professional, quick, responsive and a 'can do' attitude. Superb marketing material and video created which led to lots of interest. They quickly sourced a good quality, trustworthy tenant for us and also achieved a fair market rent for our property. All the admin was via DocuSign so a very easy process. Have used them for many years and will certainly continue to do so. Highly recommend.

We have nothing but praise for the team at Green and Co. for guiding us through a first house purchase in the UK. We needed hand-holding and we got it in spades with the outstanding service provided by administrator Olivia O'Reilly Brookes and our go-to negotiator Sarah Darvill. We used Green & Co to market our property as slightly apprehensive first time landlords. They were helpful at all stages and we secured a tenant on the second day after advertising the property for let. They did all the legal work securing a tenant, setting up a contract and auditing the property. Brilliant service, brilliant result and we know they will always be there for advice as we now go on to manging the let ourselves.

As a cash buyer, an offer was submitted verbally and in writing to Green & Co. of the guide price for a property they were marketing. I never hear back from them, not even to say that another offer had been selected over mine. Not even a courtesy email, the service is very poor. Even if they had the perfect property for me, I would walk away if it was being sold via Green & Co. Sellers, there are more professional organisations out there, I cannot recommend this organisation (I have no affiliation to any other agents, that is just my opinion as a purchaser).

Consistently realistic appraisals of property across my 20 year association with this fabulous, independent company. Everyone has been dedicated to finding the very best fit between landlord and tenant as well as buyer and seller. My rental property was occupied permanently for the 20 years I owned it and brilliantly managed by Green & Co for all of that time; they dealt with everything.
