Sold a motorbike, via their online Auction, during the covid lockdown, when you coyote visit to inspect the bike. From the picture the bike looked fine. However when collected the frame was smashed on one side and hack sawed through on the other to make unrideable. Nothing in the description to state there was damage, and since they excluded negligence in their terms you have no come back against the auction house, and they won't supply details of the seller so you can't sue them either.
Left with a very expensive limp of scrap. Not interested in anything as long as they get their buyer premium. Say they're the largest, but I'd stay well clear unless you can actually see in person the vehicles, as the description they post is meaning less in their contract.

Very disappointed that these guys are clearly misusing the internet auction site and their 'no come back' T&C. Electrical power tool items with Failed PAC test stickers on but photos taken specifically not to show that and of course no mention of it in the description which would of course be easy to do if they were wanting to be honest. One item wasn't even the lot that I had won.
Something similar but not in as good condition as the photo of the one I had bought. Refused to give partial refund. Refused for me not to accept the product at all and give full refund. Very rude and just walked off so I was forced to take the item which had been put with my items as a replacement for the one I had bought. These auctions have the potential to be a great thing, but these guys are clearly just there for making the most amount of money for sellers and therefore their fees and wash their hands of any kind of customer service for the buyer.
Would not buy again from here. Feedback is good for sellers and very poor for buyers. Beware - either carefully inspect (hard with Covid restrictions) or DO NOT BUY their absolute Scrap!

I bought a compressor through the online auction, paid, picked it up and took it home to find that bits were missing and it was seized solid. I sent an email to the tune of they could at least describe the item as spares and repair rather than sold as seen. They conceded that the photo wasn't great and were sad to hear I wasn't happy with the item. They then suggested they could enter into the next auction and their usual fees would apply! If buying an item online remember the caveat - buyer beware.

I bought a bucket load of tools from here. travelled a long way to get them and to be quite frank it wasn't fit for car boot. mind you at least at a Car-Boot they cut the plugs of if things don't work. I thought it was Law now?. They may well be good in other areas but clearly by far the worst auction house I have bought tools from and I use a few. They lost a Buyer Here. you have been warned!
