Couldn't recommend John German highly enough. They got our sale and purchase through to exchange under quite challenging and fustrating circumstances. Easily to contact and always happy to chase down the chain and they updated me very frequently. They really couldn't have done more, particularly Claire from the Stafford Sales progression team. Hopefully we won't be moving again, but if we do I would have no hesitation in instructing them again.

I called with an enquiry and one of the sales team ladies just hang up not even listening my question to the end, because 'someone already asked her that'. I would expect higher standards from a company with a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors logo on their website and who's director is a chartered surveyor. What about the integrity, competence, service, respect and responsibility?

Wow! What can I say? John German Uttoxeter have restored our faith in estate agents. Polite, friendly and caring whilst still being professional with a great service. Matt in particular is simply amazing. Blown away by his wonderful attitude and friendly approach. Nothing is too much trouble for him.
