Danny knows the local market - and I'd say the human psyche - better than any other agent I've ever engaged, and I've been through eight moves in my lifetime. It's not just about valuations in his game, but working out if people really do want to buy, and, for that matter, sell. He was always an informed, reassuring and often philosophical guide through what is always going to be a stressful process. Unhesitatingly recommended.

We just completed on our new home, and rarely in life so I feel compelled to write a Google review but the whole process of buying our home (which let's be honest, is never a plain sailing!), was a complete joy thanks to the team at Key Drummond. From the very first call enquiry, the lovely Sandy was on hand with extensive advice about the location and even support with school research.

Then Lewis took over our purchase process and was an absolute star throughout - he become a HUGE support, ensuring information flowed between the sell and buy side, speeding things up when things stalled, being supportive when things got tough, even coming over with a celebratory hamper when we moved it. Outstanding service from Danny - always responsive, always tried to help us ( even when is wasn't strictly his role in the process) and kept us up to date on what was happening. This was at a time when he was exceptionally busy - yet I never had to wait long at all to get hold of him. He was always really polite and friendly, it was clear he really understood what it was like for us as clients and went over and above to reassure us in what was a stressful period. We highly recommend this company and believe being an independent Estate Agency they offer a personal service which I am not convinced you would necessarily get from a national chain.
