I spotted a property being marketed by Kirkham and thank goodness I did. Right from the start they were efficient, helpful and went the extra mile. I ended up making an offer on my dream home and having it accepted. I think the staff are friendly and know their stuff. I've recently bought a house through Kirkham's and have been very impressed with the service they provided. In particularly the manager, Stuart, went out of his way to help. He smoothed away a number of blockages to keep things on track. He kept me updated at all times and was always cheerful and friendly. Never failed to return a call and regularly updated me.

I'm sure we wouldn't have completed as quickly without his interventions. His team were always very responsive and helpful and kindly arranged extra viewings for me, particularly Jacob. They clearly know their market - on my first viewing, they took me round the house and even suggested improvements that neighbours had carried out on their properties. This contrasts starkly with one of their competitors who I viewed a house through who unlocked the door and left me to it and when asked a question said 'no idea'!

We bought a house through Kirkham Estate agents in Uppermill and I can say without a doubt that the service from Stuart was above the call of duty. Recently purchased a property through Kirkham Uppermill branch. Dealt mainly with Stuart who I found to be one of the most professional and polite people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He was handling the purchase and chain above which he did in a manner I simply couldn't have asked for anything else. Other estate agents who we will not name ( R&D) who handled our sale should take note of the daily duties and care towards vendors and purchasers that go on at the Kirkham Uppermill branch. Alan Kirkham has a real set of diamonds in that branch hence why some have worked there for such a long period.

To finish if you are selling a property and can use Kirkham then do so and if you are lucky enough to see a property that Kirkham have for sale then you are guaranteed a fantastic service. From the Turner household we thank you and love our little property. 10/10

Very poor service from a buyer's perspective. Asked to view a property but was told I couldn't as I had not had my property valued by Kirkhams (even though the house I was looking to purchase was half the value of mine) and because my house was not on the market (even though I have a prospective private buyer). Beggars belief! Will not be using this company to sell anything for me.

AVOID at all costs, this company is a complete joke. Rude and aggressive staff. STAY AWAY.

Kirkham property worked hard to ensure that everything was being done by all parties to make the process as smooth as possible. Even when there were issues (with other companies), Kirkhams kept us in the loop and were there for us when we needed support and guidance.

I've just used Kirkham Lettings for a tenant finder service. Great service from having Jay round initially to talk me though the process and rental assessment and Suzie dealing with potential tenants and then agreeing a let for me. I felt their standard of service was superb all the way through and will use them again should ever I need a letting agent in the Oldham area. Thank you so much.

Worst experience of my life staff are unprofessional and have a massive lack of knowledge. I used them for a managed service on my rental properties and had nothing but trouble from day one with no clue on regulation I was laughed at by the DPS when I repeated something I was told by kirkhams will never use again.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Unprofessional and disorganised through all stages of the process. We ended up doing most of their job for them. The solicitors linked to Kirkhams is slow and only seemed to work part time.
