I spoke with Caroline and Sue and I couldn't have wished for a better experience. Caroline put herself out to help us above and beyond. She is attentive, so helpful and a genuinely lovely human being. Sue was always available and extremely helpful throughout the process. I really would recommend them.

Critical: Professionalism Very rude. They will discriminate for one reason or another. I personally have caught them and when called out on their bs they tried to cover their tracks by lying. I wouldn't go touch them with a 500 foot barge pole. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

A very genuine estate agent with a wealth of knowledge. Far better service than what I've encountered with the other one in town

Lucas was recommended to our family by Derek Root of John Fowlers, LLP who were executors of my parents' Estates to sell their home after my father died. Lucas valued the bungalow at 190,000. We sought a second opinion from Spicer McColl and to our astonishment, they valued the property at 250,000 - that is a 60,000 difference. Spicer McColl listed the property and it sold fairly quickly for 240,000.

That is 50,000 more than Lucas valued it for. Lucas claims to know property prices and the houses in the Brightlingsea area. So what happened here? Gross incompetence or does something smell very fishy.? SELLERS BEWARE!
