Do not use this estate agent if possible, they offered no support to us as first time buyers and they were only interested in making the most amount of commission for themselves. Nothing but false hope in order to make themselves more money.

Really poor customer service. No idea why they gave me attitude on the phone when I questioned why they needed my friend's address to view a property for sale. Carol gave me attitude and a poor tone of voice, and Robert kept interrupting me when I was talking! Shame, because I've view properties for myself and they seemed alright then, but they were so rude on the phone this time that I am utterly shocked!

I've not had chance to write this review due to work commitments but I now have the time. I Bought a house and unfortunately they handled it for the vendor. Never call back. No communication. Mis-informed countless times and certainly don't care about the customer. Didn't have the keys ready, never called to confirm when we could move in, rude and the worst estate agents I've dealt with. Would rather use Roger Deans down the road for sure. Shocking. Avoid at all costs!

When we bought our house from them they were rude, inept and totally uninterested. We had to chase them for our keys. No information about anything we'd need about the house as a new homeowner. They didn't give us all the information. Previous owner was still in the house when we had got the keys. Absolute shambles. Steer clear of these if you want a good transaction without stress. Buying your dream home should be an enjoyable experience, they made sure it certainly wasn't!

Unfortunately i did not had a good experience. For a property in Park Cl Timperley WA14 5AG, i placed an offer of 250,000 and showed all the proofs of funds, but later after 3 months found out it is sold for much lesser price at 235,000. I am not in chain as well, so very surprised by this.
