They managed the whole protracted process with great skill and sensitivity, reassuring us constantly that things were on track; I have not had the experience of working with an agent previously that was so skilled in managing its clients. Perhaps most importantly, the valuation of our property was significantly higher and more accurate than the other agents we approached.

Prior to Marchand Petit, my experience with estate agents had been persistently and overwhelmingly negative. I can safely say they have changed that opinion.
