All the staff at Mays worked incredibly hard to make sure the sale of my fathers flat went as smoothly as possible. They were always on the end of the phone when I needed them and went out of their way to make the process was as painless as possible. Please be aware of this letting agent when renting from them. Trying to get hold of them is extremely difficult, and with any luck they will get back to you at some point. If it's not in the best interest of the landlord then forget it! Having left the property in fantastic condition with pictures to prove it, I am being charge over 300 for a deep clean from the cleaning company they recommended before the final check out, as well as redecorating costs. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere when looking to rent
