Just recently bought a house with them. The whole team were fantastic. Everytime we've booked an appointment they've always been there on time. I cannot fault them at all! We mainly dealt with josh and he was great. Emails were replied to within 1 hour. Great customer service Thank you for all your help!

Great Company to use for Selling your property. Cris will value your property in the best way to get the best price and not OVER value your property to get the sale and leave you stuck on the market for ages without any offers. We had an accepted offer within 2 days of advertising with McDonalds when another estate agent over valued us and wasted 4 weeks with no reasonable offers coming in.
Couldn't of asked for more from McDonalds Estate agents. Josh and their team are also on hand for any queries and answer straight away. Will always use this company if we need to sell again.

I've had wonderful service from the whole team. They found a buyer for my bungalow and I'm buying my new home through them. Everyone there is very friendly but also professional. Just as important, if they've told me they would do something, they've done it and they've kept me up to date with everything that's happening. They've also given me good guidance. What's not to like?

Had a appointment at 2pm with Chris Friday gone. No one turned up. I called the office and the voicemail kept coming on. I eventually got through and I was told no appointment was made and that they had be busy. I took the day off work for this visit. I rang them at 12.40pm and they said they needed to investigate on what happened and didn't call me back until 6.30pm with no change. Unprofessional and I would not recommend these agents to sale or let your property. Avoid
