McKillop and Gregory opened our doors in 1990 and soon established ourselves as one of the leading independent agents in Salisbury. Ever since then we have grown from strength to strength, survived recessions and Brexit, floated through the floods and carry on to provide a first-class service to Salisbury and the surrounding villages. We deal with properties within a 20-mile radius of the City and have an excellent reputation for straight-talking, professional advice and excellent customer care. Some 75% of our business is repeat business with previous clients.

The best quality people can provide the best quality service. The McKillop and Gregory success story has been built over twenty-five years by assisting on the very highest level of customer service. We believe that this is due to our experience and professional team who are local, highly motivated people who know the area and will work hard and enthusiastically to help you sell or buy your property.
David or Giles would be delighted to visit your home, assess the value and saleability and give you professional up to date advice on the property market. We then write to confirm these details together with our Terms, levels of service and other relevant information you may need. Giles - We found you and the rest of the McKillop team more than helpful, respectful and just very good at what you do.
As an introduction to this guide it is well worth remembering that your home is probably the largest single investment you will ever make. Moving home is not complicated but it can be a daunting prospect. In recognising this McKillop and Gregory realise that homeowners need an estate agent they can trust, one that will look after their interests and make selling their home as stress free as is reasonably possible.

As a first time buyer, we didn't know what to expect if I'm honest. David was excellent and guided us through the process, communication was precise and timely. We had multiple visits to the property while the conveyancing and searches were happening to measure up for kitchen appliances, carpets, new bathroom suite etc, and every time we weren't made to feel like an inconvenience and they were very helpful. They chased the solicitors on our behalf on several occasions which sped the process up, for which we are grateful! Top marks!

If you are thinking of selling, do not use McKillop & Gregory. Whilst I've been involved in selling numerous properties, I have never in my life witnessed such intentional incompetence to a degree Basil Forte couldn't even reach? They do not vet potential buyers competently, get back to you after viewings without provocation to do so and when the going gets tough, they are more than happy to just throw the keys back at you?
Above all else and whilst he apologised due to being under immense pressure(?), David McKillop's attitude and tone is just unforgivable. A complete waste of times, use Whites!

Despite trying to sell a house post covid lockdown David and Giles were always very polite and professional. Given the surge in people buying and selling properties at the time I always felt supported by them and they always dealt with my concerns efficiently. Now a buyer has been found, we have unfortunately had problemmatic issues with the buyers solicitor and they have continued to push things forward on my behalf. I have appreciated their calm, efficient and professional approach given such stressful circumstances

If you are considering selling your house through mckillop and Gregory, think again. When viewing our house for the purpose of giving us a valuation, David McKillop was neither thorough, interested or polite. From the moment he arrived, he was rude, arrogant and dismissive. He did not even view the entire property as he couldn't be bothered to walk up to the top of the garden.
He made crass and inaccurate generalisations and seemed genuinely unaware of how offensive he was being. Having received a valuation from another estate agent ( helpful, interested, professional) David Mckillop's shortcomings are even more apparent. Needless to say. We shall not be using him to sell our house.
