I can't thank Martyn enough and the girls in the office. They have gone above and beyond and if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have been kept up to date with information as the estate agent I used to sell my house were very poor, only contacting me if they wanted something. Peter Morgan's especially Martyn were absolutely amazing in the whole process and managed to get us moved before Xmas. Even when Martyn was isolating due to COVID 19 they still kept me in the loop and up to date with everything going on.

House moving can be a stressful time but not if you use Peter Morgan. We have recently bought and sold through them and their service is second to none from start to finish. We had contacted other Estate Agents to view houses but couldn't view for days sometimes weeks by which time property was sold. Peter Morgan arranged viewing times to suit us, prompt on time at appointment, nothing was too much trouble. Regular contact which is what you need, professional and friendly nothing too much trouble they have got this! Highly recommended

Peter Morgan Estate Agents are second to none! Their prices, their service, staff and customer care goes over and above the call of duty. They helped me with a very difficult sale due to one set of lawyers not doing their job properly. They are experts in their field and are also expert mediators\negotiators between the seller and buyer which was needed because of my problems with the solicitor.
I got an amazing price for my property when other estate agents in Llanelli were obviously just wanting a quick sale to line their own pockets rather than have my financial interests at heart. In fact Peter Morgan assured me my property was worth 20,000 more than the other estate agents said. I decided to go for 5,000 less than what Peter Morgan had recommended as I wanted a quick sale and had been influenced by the other agents valuations.
My property went online on the Thursday night and in the morning by 10am they had 4 interested buyers who were all in a position to buy straight away! By the Saturday they sold it at full asking price! Afterwards I wish I had taken their advice as I'm sure I would have got 5,000 more. A friend of mine went with purple bricks which caused him so much stress by not having that personal service you get when the agent has all the dealings with the potential buyers and lawyers, he actually lost 2 potential sales with all the stress and arguments over the price.
He wished he went with my agent. I can't recommend Peter Morgan Estate Agents enough. They are honest, brilliant and care very much about their customers by putting them first before their own profit. Well done to all in Peter Morgan and the owner. Thank you sincerely for everything, you made something that could have easily gone belly up go smoothly and now me and my wife are extremely happy in our new forever house. Peter Morgan Estate Agents. After 2 unanswered e-mails, an unanswered facebook message, 2 phone calls and being held in a queue to speak with a member of their staff about buying a house (cash buyer), I finally got to speak to someone who was so offhand and dismissive that I finally I told her I would prefer to take by business elsewhere (if they're rude now then what will they be like later!?), and quite honestly, there's plenty of other houses and agents out there.
Maybe they do things differently in Neath but they would'nt last a week in a large town. I would not trust this bunch to be selling a property for me if this is how they work. * Just an update of my original review of Peter Morgan Estate Agents. I went to their office last saturday afternoon at about 1pm (I really liked a house they were selling) AND THEY WERE CLOSED FOR THE WEEKEND!
Every other estate agent was open for business but not them. Some even have an after-hours number to call. Peter Morgan must be very sure of themselves if they think I am going to take time off work and come back on Monday just to fit in with their schedule. I'm not. What I actually did is look at the other estate agents who had bothered to open on Saturday. HOW CAN YOU SELL HOUSES TO WORKING PEOPLE IF YOU ARE SHUT!?
