We are in the process of buying a property through Hellards. Right from the start we found the staff to be helpful and friendly. For us, Rosanna in particular, was ( and still is!) very cheerful and positive, and worked very hard to secure us the house we wanted, professionally resolving one or two difficulties we encountered along the way. In my experience (over several years) the Hellard's team consistently deliver in helping landlords realise the potential of their rental property, crucially finding the right tenant for the property. They provide a professional appraisal of the market and property as well as a friendly progression from tenant interest, through informed viewings, to the handing over of the keys to the selected tenant. I used the other agents in Alresford first. They told me what I wanted to hear. They weren't honest and failed to sell our property. I had to keep chasing them for updates. Hellards was the complete opposite. We had lots of viewings. They were upfront and honest about the market. We had regular updates. They sold our property for a very reasonable price. They were very professional and I was very happy with the service they provided. I would recommend Hellards above any others in the area.
