Nothing has ever been too much for them. They are so accommodating and actual listen and care. They are the only agents who send you regular updates when offices close during national holiday times. I decided to use Pearce & Co after a massive search to find the best agency for me. What I loved about them is that they are independent and therefore you are treated like an individual, rather then just another name on their database. After listening to me, they found me a great tenant that matched my wants, this was very very important as I was renting out a property that was very sentimental to me.

What is also great is that before renting a property you can easily spend loads of money on things that you think is needed. Pearce & Co advised me what was necessary and so it didn't end up being expensive. I've since recommended them to 4 other people.

I would highly advise not to go near this estate agent. I have been dealing with them for nearly a year now and that's enough. After you find a property with them it is hard to get into contact and speak to the correct people you need. They are purely unprofessional. After the fire incident at next door which is identical to the our rented property, they have done nothing to help me to feel just safe at our home. Honestly it's been a nightmare and this experience and really put me off.

My mother and I have lived at a property managed by Pearce and Co for around 6 years. The house has recently been sold and because the buyer has said he didn't want to wait for the current tennant contract to end he would pull out of the deal we have been bullied and pressured by the staff of Pearce to vacate the property, seems they are more Interested in a commission sheet than the tennants who live in the property and bring business to their company. I would never use this disgusting company again after they way we have been treated in the last 6 month's. They're lucky to get 1 star.

I have been with Pearce & Co for a numbers of years years now and I have found them to be an outstanding agency, not only are they lovely people to deal with they make everything so simple and hassle free, whenever I have had any issues its always sorted immediately.
