Peter found buyers and then was intimately involved in 5 sales for me. Mr Nancekivell provided a wildly inaccurate valuation of our woodland we were looking to purchase (over double what we agreed on with the land owners!) This sort of indicated to us that his valuation advice was poor. Having been charged 300 for the privilege, when we dared to enquire as to the basis of this valuation, he would not (or could not) provide an explanation and proceded to threaten us with additional fees for daring to question his "professional" opinion.

To top it all off, we discovered that he had previously valued for the very people we were buying from! displaying a clear conflict of interest which was never disclosed. Most appalling professional i have ever come across. If I could give 0 stars, then I would!

Critical: Professionalism What a waste of time and money. Mr Nancekivell took our valuation fee and gave us nothing of value in return as his fee was so far off the mark! When we tried to get some clarification, we were fobbed off- he already had his fee.why would he need to remain professional after that?

Professional #local estate agency as it should be! Good agency is about knowing your market; who's looking for what, who's serious who's not. Peter knows his stuff and knows his niche. Peter was instructed in the evening, knew who he should ring in the morning, arranged a viewing and negotiate a sale in the most professional and efficient manner possible. 5 stars all the way!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Most unprofessional "professional" i have ever come across. Came to our property for 5 minutes, took our valuation fee and pulled a figure out of thin air. It was a good job we didn't offer on his advice- or we would have lost 8000! When we asked him what he based it on, he just shrugged us off.

I instructed Nancekivell and co. Of South Molton to sell two properties for me. 21.5 acres of land and 4.5 acres with vintage stables. I was so impressed with Peter that he was invited on a trip for a private viewing of HRH The prince of Wales gardens with lunch at Highgrove!

The least responsive and least helpful estate agent I have ever come across. And that is dealing with the eponymous agent himself. Honestly makes you wonder if they want to sell anything. I will no longer be interested in a property if they are handling it
