Over the past 2 weeks I popped into your Newport branch leaving my telephone number for someone to give me a call to arange a viewing for a valuation on my property. Not desk top valuation! On the 2 occasion I left my private landline and mobile number with your staff who are are very polite. I received no call, so whilst my wife was shopping I popped into your Newport branch to enquire if everything was ok.
The manger on duty was extremely rude, butted in addressing me as Nick and spoke to me like I was somthing she had scraped, off the bottom of her shoe. I do not know the manger, she claimed that both numbers I gave on 2 occasions did not work? When I politely said thats strange as the lady wrote my number down I wittnessed it. She had said my numbers were chucked in the bin, she continued to be extremely rude almost to the point she was shouting at me.
I was extremely polite as I purchased our property with your Newport office and the service was fantastic. Rather than the manager apologiseing offering me a seat to arrange a viewing she highlighted "am I calling her a lier" trying to instigate an argument that I certainly was just not interested on getting involved with. I am extremely disappointed that making such an easy and polite enquiry was met by such arrogance and rudeness. I have a diploma in management and won many awards for customer service, including being recognised by Richard Branson.

Having bought and sold sereral propertys in the past i have never fortunately come across the unprofesionalism. As i have recieved from there Sandown office. Kieran does not respond to emails or return calls. Then when finally he makes contact he is rude and agressive. Neil is about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Shocking service i would certainly never ask them to market my property and would have to think really hard before buying anything they maketed.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Rude, combative and in denial that there were real concerns and issues with the property that they were attempting to sell us. When our surveyor effectively said to avoid at all costs and inform the bank not to lend against the property, their answer was to ask us to go to a different lender! Unbelievable

Lauren from the Newport branch could not have been more helpful. Giving us honest advice about the areas we were looking at, helping with arranging financial advice and generally being professional, helpful and on the ball. We bought through another agent but her service prompted me to give a good review.

Critical: Professionalism All about the quick sale. For you seller's using Jamie as your point of contact, he won't allow anyone to offer more money/ view a property once he thinks he has the sale, even if the seller HAD NOT accepted an offer. Something 'off' about this estate agency, or maybe its him. Be aware and ask for full transparency.

Pittis took over this sale for us after a very negative attempt by a different agent. They were a breath of fresh air - efficient, committed and inspired confidence. Despite many set backs (including the pandemic) they persisted and when two offers were received treated both us as vendors and the interested parties with courtesy, determination and consideration. They are friendly, yet professional, and treated us extremely well.

Jamie, Deborah and the Newport Team have been so helpful, advising and guiding me through the sale of my late Mum's house. I found Pittis to be a very professional and personal service, the staff only to happy to listen to your concerns offer advice and generally help you with the process. They didn't always call or return calls when they said they would but they did eventually. Apart from that minor observation, I would recommend their service to anyone in my position selling their first home without hesitation.
