Matt has been full of energy and passion throughout the journey of selling my house right from the valuation. He is professional but modern and flex's to meet buyer and sellers needs. He has been contactable at all times through the process, providing guidance, reassurance and taking the challenge of chasing solicitors when needed. Really can't recommend Matt and the estate agency highly enough, have recommended to several people already.

My partner and I purchased a house through Murdock and Wasley Estate Agents after finding our perfect house in December 2021. As first time buyers, they have been extremely patient with our endless questions and pushing for updates and have stayed professional and friendly at each stage of the purchase! Matt and Laura especially have dealt with our questions and queries quickly and are always at the end of the phone, text or email to guide you through and answer any questions you may have. A fantastic estate agent! There's no shock to why they are consistently highly reviewed.

Murdock and Wasley have been brilliant throughout the whole process. Initially, we sold our house straightaway however this sale fell through after a few months. They resold our house within a day meaning we were able to proceed with our original purchase and we have now exchanged contracts and are due to move into our new home this week. We dealt exclusively with Matt Wasley who has been amazing-he has been really attentive to our needs and has responded to all of our queries and concerns immediately.

My wife and I were making the move from London to Gloucester and after numerous viewings with a number of different estate agents in the area, we were extremely pleased to finally meet Matt at Murdock & Wasley. The viewing experience was not awkward or pressured and Matt had great knowledge and understanding of the seller's situation and about the property. Bought a house through MWEA recently and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with! Straight talk from the outset and very open about the situation regards to offers made. No chain involved so ours was always expected to be a quick transaction and Matt was keen to make sure that everything carried on smoothly throughout, you could easily tell he was working to make sure that both sides were kept happy and up to date on how things were progressing.

Can't thank him enough for his patience when our solicitors had an issue that added a couple of weeks delay right at the last minute with very little information we could pass on! Oh and I think it's safe to say that Matt is the most jolly chap you'll ever speak to!
