Great estate agents & legal team they sold a house I inherited. I live 160 miles away but they kept me informed by phone or email nothing was too much trouble they went above and beyond to make the sale as easy as possible. I am completely disgusted with the service received from the Barrow Branch here! Numerous issues with my rental property for over a year now and they still aren't resolved! False promise after false promise to contact me to get them resolved and never happens. Hound you if it's something they need doing like an inspection or boiler servicing! However when it comes to fixing problems with your rental absolutely useless and repeatedly pass the buck onto the next colleague.

We quite like this property, it appears to have everything I need. I will be making arrangements to drive up to Cumbria in the next few weeks and would like to view this one. There are a couple of other properties in Askam I wish to view too so will try and arrange a time to view those as well. Do you know if the Travel Lodge is open in Barrow as we will need somewhere to stay for a few nights.
I cannot come up this week as I have viewings for my own property throughout the week and next weekend. I am also interested in some properties in Dalton too so will try and get them sorted out for viewing at the same time. I need to see the area each property is situated in to se if I will be happy living there. I am looking to buy possibly 2 properties in the same area, one for me and one for my daughter.
Both properties will need to be reasonably close to each other, and around the same price. Many thanks for the viewings I have seen so far. I am a cash buyer, so no mortgages will be required. Rita Soane
