We rented though them for 5 years. had moths which damaged the carpets. they explained that this was just one of them things and not to worry we wouldn't have to pay for it. they gave us the details for there moth guy (Mothman Pete who is a legend!). At the end of the tenancy they wouldn't give us our deposit back we had to go though a depute. they lied on the statement saying we never told them until the march out! although we had some proof it wasn't enough as we put it in too late and lost 25% of our deposit because of this.
They also told us that the landlord was very stubborn and difficult to deal with. (should of been alarm bells) BEWARE if you use them get EVERYTHING IN WRITING TO CONFIRM WHAT THEY HAVE SAID! other wise you WILL lose out.
