Up until purchasing a property this year we rented through Rounce and Evans for the past 11 years. The service from start to finish has been amazing. The application process can be daunting but Matt handled it like a pro. The very few times we had issues with the property Matt was quick to send out an engineer who quickly fixed the issues and were polite and professional. Smooth process from application all the way through to final walk through when we handed the keys back in.

From day one of renting with them, I knew they were different. Any time we had an issue with our rental, they were right on it. Turning up on the same day and either fixing then or asap. I've never known any landlords or agencies to be so proactive and open to what is needed. They'll answer every call every email and never leave you waiting. Prices are fair and the people are extremely friendly. Matt always ensured we were happy when he did our inspections and took any feedback on board. If I didn't just purchase a house, I would have continued to rent with them. Couldn't recommend them higher!

Absolutely appalling service. I expressed an interest in a property and am told I am put on the viewing list. I chase 3 times but on each occasion I am told that viewings haven't yet taken place. Then 3 days after my latest call I see let agreed on the property - without my promised viewing. Total liars. I guess that even if you are an impeccable tenant - if your face doesn't fit they won't even bother to show you any form of decency. Thanks for nothing Rounce & Evans!

We purchased a property in 2004 from Teresa and sold a property in 2015 with her. Rounce and Evans are professional and friendly and give a unique service. Service being the most important. They made both the purchase and sale painless and nothing was too much trouble for Teresa and her team. They are an independant Estate Agent, they do all the hard work, chasing solicitors and following up any chain. Highly recommended.
