This is the sequence of buyers and sellers - most people who sell their property are also buying at the same time. Therefore there can be a chain of a number of sellers, which depend on each other for the sale and purchase of their new properties. For example, if one buyer or seller drops out, the chain may collapse, whereby the paperwork for the properties within the chain is delayed or cancelled. This is when the owner of the property does not need to sell the property in order to buy another; therefore it is offered as chain free.

Can honestly say that Richard Poyntz went above and beyond great customer service when handling sale of my house and purchase. A number of obstacles were overcome including extra issues from an inefficient Canvey solicitor and my buyers Canvey high st estate agent that made stress levels a lot worse than normal. Special mention to Richard who was exceptional in keeping everything progress chased and moving. Wouldn't use anyone else when next needing a local estate agent. We'll done to the whole team at Richard Poyntz but special shout out to Richard. Great job.

I cannot recommend Richard Poyntz highly enough, they have provided incredible assistance and helped every step of the way. During a very stressful time, the whole team have made sure to make the transition easy and smooth with our sale and even provided extra help with trying to find our new home. Originally brought our house with Richard Poyntz and Co and chose to sell the house through them this time around. Everyone is just as professional as the first time we dealt with them and would 100% recommend. We dealt with Rob and James mostly and cannot fault them, absolutely outstanding on all communications be it phone calls or emails. A very stress free, hassle free, easy transaction with them and again, would 100% recommend them for buying and selling.
