SBK we're the agents used to purchase our desired property and i am so glad they were. Jessica was always on hand to help, but honestly made the process so easy. Never written these reviews before but felt this one is so well deserved. I have been dealing with Jo Lee at the Stratford On Avon branch. A purchase for me, that turned out to be very drawn out and stressful. Throughout Jo has been very professional and supportive but more than that she has been extremely proactive, way beyond what I would expect.
She has dealt with me and the vendor and our solicitors plus the Land Registry and kept everything afloat to very challenging timelines. I am sure without her my purchase would have fallen through. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

As tenants we often find that managing agents are tricky to deal with but I have to say that Claire Reeve in the Stratford office is just great. She's firm on landlord's interests but fair on key tenant issues. Claire's resolved two key issues for us without fuss and I really like her (and her no nonsense approach). Look after her! PL

SBK was recommended by the person who did my energy performance certificate. I wouldn't have considered them otherwise as I'd assumed they would focus on larger houses and more expensive sales. I'm glad I followed his advice to get a quote and to subsequently go with SBK. It took 3 months to get my sale but during this time they were professional and relentless in organising viewings.
I think I had a record number. Eventually I got a price I was OK with and the buyers were happy too. The process from there to exchange was a bit less comfortable and I felt a little less supported by the different team who didn't know me (probably due to people being furloughed in the pandemic). I'm glad to say we got there in the end though So I would say get your quote from SBK and seriously consider choosing them to sell your property!

Extremely poor attitude, I traveled over an hour to see a property and the lady left because I was running 15 mins late due to traffic- she clearly had better things to do. To the public: beware of this company, they will happily waste your time. To those working with this company to let their property- beware they will treat you like 2nd class citizens. You'd truthfully.

We recently used SBK for the sale of our property. The service we received was second to none. Fay Hurst was excellent and should be commended for all her hard work. She kept us up to date at each stage of the process and was a calming support at such a stressful time. Nothing was too much trouble. Based on this we would use SBK again.

We're currently in the process of purchasing a property through Sheldon Bosley Knight and have received excellent customer service. They have been patient, open and honest throughout the process so far. We'd definitely consider using them for future purchases/sales and will be recommending to our friends/family.

*******To all would be Tenants of Sheldon Bosley Knight landlords: AVOID this company***** Appalling letting agents, they misrepresent the facts ie lie, including lying about letters existing until subject access requests are submitted. Additional note: I refer to misrepresentations being sent by Letting Staff at SHELDON BOSLEY Stratford upon Avon to the Deposit Protection Scheme in a blatant attempt to defraud ex tenant of deposit return. Eg attempting to blame tenant for damage to property when in fact tenant has time dated photos that show damage was present when property was handed over.
I refer to over 100+ photos taken by tenant on the day he took over the property. Letting agents' fraudulent attempts such as these should be challenged, indeed I will be recommending to the tenant that they report this matter to both official channels but also all relevant professional bodies so SHELDON BOSLEY can be held accountable for their dubious actions. *******To all would be users of Sheldon Bosley Knight: AVOID this company*****

We sold our house through SBK Kenilworth. We chose SBK after previously having a positive experience when purchasing through them (formerly Knight & Rennie). The service we have received from everyone at SBK has been exceptional, with each member of the team offering their expertise at various stages during the process. We witnessed Vicki in action passionately selling our home to potential buyers - helping them to imagine how it could suit them. Mike and Oliver jumping in when our buyers had concerns following the homebuyers survey.
However the dedication and testament to seeing through the sale was really demonstrated by Karen who tirelessly followed the chain and took on the role of several estate agents when information was not coming through. It was thanks to her and the team's unwavering persistence that ensured our buyers did not pull out and we did not completely lose faith when things were not running smoothly.
It was an extremely difficult chain (thanks to less competent estate agents / solicitors) and we would not have wished to have been partnered with anybody else and we feel our buyers were also grateful for the honestly SBK provided. They handle themselves with the utmost professionalism and always have their clients best interest at the forefront. Thank you so much!

The customer service was really poor, I was chased several times after we had made an offer matching the asking price demanding we give them proof of funds and mortgage acceptance. This was given to them however we were then told an open house viewing was going to take place. We were then emailed again asking what our maximum offer would be (felt very pressured for us to increase our bid otherwise we would lose the property) and again asking for proof of funds even though it had all been supplied already.
We really wanted this property and we offered over the asking price and were then informed that someone else's offer had been accepted. When you have your heart set on a property and do everything you can for it to happen they showed us no courtesy or professionalism even though we had been in constant contact for over a week and supplied them with everything they asked from us. We won't be using the estate agent to purchase a house again.

This is from a tenants perspective. Property particulars did not match property. I have no idea how old the photos were. This was a higher end property but carpets worn. Dated en suite with rust marks. Paint peeling off pipes outside, faded decking. Garden had features missing. Agent viewing property with us showed disinterest and could not understand why I thought property was tired. Based our suitability to rent on a "verbal referrence " which I was advised by our current landlord was actually due to his estate manager "gossiping "to staff at sbk.
Highly unprofessional. To add insult to injury the home owner subsequently pulled out of deal so we lost a house to rent. Not only that but sbk have advised that they will not deal with us in the future. All this based on a old boys network "chat". Highly ethical sheldon bosley knight. Oh and BTW because our landlord got wind that we were moving he then gave us 2 months notice to leave. Make your own mind up!
