Sibley Pares are a very professional, efficient and polite team. They worked tirelessly to achieve a sale quickly, making sure we were kept up to date, at every stage. When our buyer had to drop out, due to unforseen circumstances, Sibley Pares immediately informed us. Within a couple of days they had remarketed our property and secured a second sale. Made use of the Ashford office to look for a rental unit for my business. Lady on the phone was very well informed (i believe her name was Ruth) and the two young men i dealt with on viewings and subsequent emails were professional, knowledgeable and more than happy to go the extra mile. While i wasn't able to find what i was looking for this time around, i shall certainly be going to this company for future business.

Cannot comment on the residential side but don't bother with the commercial. Have seen three properties I was very interested in. Despite many many calls and emails no one ever got back to me. Now I don't even bother to enquire if I see they are listed with these guys. I hope landlords think twice before placing their properties with this company if they seriously want them let.

I was delighted with the service I received from Sibley Pares. Mitchell Bourner gave me straight forward advice and I requested and agreed on a realistic price intended to attract offers. Indeed, we ended up with 4 offers in the first week and within 2 weeks of marketing, we had concluded heads of terms at close to the guide price. I would recommend this agent.
