Buying a house is an incredibly stressful life event so it is important to pick a good agent. Everyone at Graham & Co were polite, punctual and helpful but Guy Sommerville went above and beyond to assist with our sale. He has a very detailed knowledge of the area, especially Picket Twenty. If you are selling a house anywhere in Andover he is recommended but if selling on Picket Twenty I am positive he will make your life easier. We moved out of the area, but if we had stayed in Andover we would definitely have used Graham & Co again.

I was recommended Graham & Co by another independent estate agent that I had used previously. Today was completion day for me and I have to say I was not disappointed. I have used Graham and Co to manage a rental property for the last 7 years.
