We made an offer for a property. Agent incorrectly informed the vendor that we were not willing to negotiate despite us being in a better position as 1st time buyers and offering very close to the asking price. Vendor accepted our offer yet once we informed Taylors to formalise the offer they later called and very rudely said our offer was rejected without an explanation. We feel that we have been used by the agent in this case with their unsavoury tactics with the purchase of this particular property.

I would not hesitate to recommend this estate agents to anyone wanting a professional and efficient service. Helen and Dorrien looked after my sale so well. It is hard to find this level of service nowadays. Within just a few weeks I received an offer. Both my properties were sold in record time at the asking price to boot. What more could you want.
